You should have a many responsibility, and always be kind to your people.remember,always do your best and everything you can do,do it as you can. Don't care with the words that can drag you down. Always strong and have courage. Or you can find the motivation words that can motivated you.And don't forget to be "fearless,and follow your heart"
How We can respect other people?
Respect their custom,respect their own like you can respect their physical appearence. And respect their religion.No matter black or white,We are One in this earth!.

Things that can we do is always be an example to others.respect others,be smart and diligent of course. Kindly and friendly so they can loved you.

When my first job to be a captain class,I had so much work but I really like it whatever if I'm tired.But next week. One of my teacher mad to me because I can't prepare my class cleanly.That time,I was dissappointed. But in the end,I learn from it. I study hard and of course I am fearless. In after week,I've done my job and I thing I had a great job right now. I'm proud of my self. And of course my mom proud of me.Than as forever,I do my job as usual. There's a teacher who hate me but who cares? I'm still belive in my self that I'm a truly leader. And when I'm finish my midtest, I'm shocking that I'm win the rank.1 in the class!!My friend congratulate me and my mother so proud of me. I'm very thankful to Jesus because He already answer my prayer. Praise the lord!.
